Malouf M555 Adjustable Bed Base
The Malouf M555 is a zero-clearance bed, which means it can work on a platform bed frame. There are 5 preset positions, which are Zero Gravity, Anti Snore, Lounge, TV, and Flat. You can also save up to 5 custom positions. The adjustable bed has a dual massage feature. You can control all the features using a wireless remote or an app on your smart device. There are even USB ports for your smart device.
Dual-Zone Massage
The base has a dual zone massage feature. has some exciting features. There is a head and foot massage feature with four programs. The four programs are oscillate, wave, pulse, and constant. For each massage option, there are three intensities and three times settings. There is also a timer for the massage. It can shut off after 10, 20, or 30 minutes depending on the setting you choose.
App Controls
You can control the base using your smart device. You just have to download the Malouf Adjustable bed base app. This app controls the head and foot massage and bed positions. You can also set the alarm clock to wake you up in your chosen position. The alarm clock can help with getting up in the morning.
Snoring App Feature
While some beds have anti-snore positioning, this adjustable bed has a unique app that actually detects snoring then initiates movement. The feature can be turned off or on as needed. When it is on, the app recognizes that snoring occurs, then raises the head of the base to help reduce snoring. This is a nice feature that helps the person snoring possibly get better sleep. Plus, it may also help anyone who happens to be sharing sleep in the same bed get better sleep, too!
App Alarm Clock
Giving new meaning to the words, “Rise and Shine,” the base has an App Alarm Clock. This notable function allows you to program a position into the alarm. When the alarm goes off, the bed automatically moves into that selected position. You can then get up and get going onward to a productive and enjoyable day.
The Overall Height
The height is 15 inches from the floor to the top of the base. It comes with 6-inch legs, which are adjustable. Each leg has two 3-inch leg extensions. The profile of the base is 3 inches in height. Thus, the base height can be 15, 12, and 9 inches. The adjustable bed can also lay flat without the legs.

The legs are adjustable, so you must know the overall height of the base before flipping the adjustable bed over. The second step of setting up the base is attaching the adjustable bed power cord.
