If anything is damaged at time of delivery due to shipping or anything defective, we will send you a new one ,but we do not accept returns or refunds after it has been shipped. We will send a new one out if it is damaged, but not refund. We want the process to be easy, and we want you to be confidence you will recieve a great product

After orders are delivered/ received due to sanitary reasons all sales are final. In the event an exception is made and a refund must be issued, it will be processed and mailed in the form of a check from our corporate office. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing and mailing.
