FREE SHIPPING

Customers shipping within the continental 48 United States can enjoy free ground shipping. Shipping will usually take around 7 to 10 business to receive your order.

DELIVERY TO PO BOXES, APO & FPO

Please note that FEDEX and UPS are unable to ship to a PO Box, APO and FPO address. If applicable, your billing address may contain these address types, however, the carriers will not be able to deliver to them.

PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING TIME

Adjustable bases and mattresses should arrive approximately 5 to 7 business days from time of purchase. Each product are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. A tracking number will be sent 3-4 business days after the purchase. Each base is dropped shipped to the shipping address on file. Once the base arrives to your city, you will get a call to setup an appointment and delivered date at your convince.

SHIPPING AND ORDER CONFIRMATIONS

Shortly after placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received your order. You’ll receive a second email when your order has shipped. (You’ll receive more than one shipment confirmation email if your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments). Please save these email invoices for your records.

MATTRESS CANCELLATION POLICY – REST RIGHT MATTRESS SET (MATTRESS AND BOX SPRING) ORDERS

Your Rest Right mattress purchased via our online store or at sleep events will be made just for you at one of our manufacturer’s factories upon receipt of a confirmed order. Orders may be cancelled from the time of the order through 3 business days following the date the order was placed. If cancellation is made after the order has shipped you will be responsible for shipping. Standard freight/shipping rates apply to and from if the order is cancelled after it ships for delivery. If you cancel your order within the 3 business day window we will issue a check..

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please look if anything is damaged at delivery from the shipping company. Unfortunately if it is not noted with the shipping company, we cannot fix or replace the product. Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect the carton(s) for damage (including dents, crushing, creasing, tears, etc) and note this on the receipt. The driver is not required to wait for you to unpack the item unless visible damage is seen. It during delivery, it is obvious the item(s) are damaged, you may ask the driver to unpack and inspect the contents with you. If damage is found, clearly note it on the delivery receipt and write "Refused due to damage". Be sure to keep your copy and Contact Us immediately.
