An Olympic Queen mattress measures 66 inches by 80 inches. There is also a split Olympic Queen mattress, which consists of two mattresses, each measuring 33 inches by 80 inches. This custom-sized mattress is commonly used in RVs or mobile homes and is ideal for those who need a slightly wider mattress than a standard queen.
 

Different Types

There are many different types of Olympic queen mattresses. The most popular is the Superior model, which features special gel-infused foam that helps to dissipate heat. Other options include hybrid mattresses, which provide a spring feel, and latex mattresses, which are made from natural materials.

• Memory Foam Mattress: The two memory foam mattresses are the Classic and Superior series, with the Superior featuring gel memory foam similar to the new technology of Graphene foam.
• Hybrid/Innerspring: The traditional innerspring mattress uses coils, while newer options are hybrid mattresses. The Kingship Comfort Hybrid combines both coils and cooling foam.
• Latex Mattress: At present, there are no latex mattresses available in Olympic queen size.
