Wall Hugger Feature
A wall hugger feature allows the bed to slide backward when the head of the bed is raised. This allows the bed, when inclined, to be closer to the nightstand so the individual can reach it more easily. The adjustable bed can still fit inside a bed frame if placed within one.
Wall Hugger: Both the Malouf S755 and Kingship Comfort Superior have wall hugger features that allow the entire base to slide backward.
Wall Glide: This is a similar feature, but it allows only the head to slide backward instead of the entire base. This feature is on the Premier Model.
