Great customer service. I ordered a Arason Madrid Murphy Cabinet/Cube from Rest Right Mattress. From the beginning, they informed me that there would be a very long lead time because it was backordered. Without any prompting, Jesse offered me a discount due to the extended lead time. When it was a little over a month before I expected the unit to arrive, I called to check not the status. Jesse took the time to make calls and find out exactly where it was. It turns out that the unit had already been shipped from the manufacturer. I received my furniture about 3-4 weeks earlier than expected. I want this review to make clear a split queen is not a waste of money. You still have a 60″x80″ bed when both sides are flat in the down position. When elevated the 30″ slit is more than enough room to enjoy reading or just changing positions. With that said the quality, service , and price are all five star. I had been shopping for quite sometime for a bed and mattress. The myriad of products, sales, companies, etc. made it exhausting and nauseating to try to figure out exactly what I needed. I’m not entirely sure how I ended up on the website for Rest Right, but I’m glad I did. Within moments of communicating with Jesse, he called me with a deal above and beyond anything a big name store was willing to give. I don’t typically write reviews but I want to mention two very specific things about Jesse: 1. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didnt need. He was honest about the products offerred, and took time to understand what my needs were before offering solutions. 2. I wanted an adjustable queen base but have a narrow staircase with a turn halfway up. Jesse was very knowledgeable about options.  He recommended the Glideaway Serenade. This product has rare benefits. Other split-queen models split the base vertically into two narrow bases. This means duplicating motors, mechanisms etc. But the Serenade is a much smarter design. It splits the base horizontally into two pieces that bolt together easily.  One huge advantage is you can open the box downstairs and carry up each half separately; that’s half the weight — about 80 pounds each instead of 160 pounds, which we could never have managed. Much easier on the back. You can also turn corners easily. The product is solid; as Jesse explained, the money  went into one set of components, not two. The German design seems excellent, and no doubt is informed by smaller European homes.  Time will tell if it’s reliable over the long term, but a great start. My wife and I were on vacation and went to a festival and another company had a Glideaway bed set up for testing. We tried it out and really liked the way it felt. There was a lot of sales pressure on us there and I am hesitant to be pushed into a deal so we walked away. When we got home, a lot of research led us to Jesse and Rest Right Mattress. My wife couldn’t believe that we could save as much as we did buying from Jesse compared to the prices at the show for the exact same bed. We ended up getting the Elevation frames and the Embody Hybrid 12″ Mattress. We really wanted to get the Orion mattress, but it was unavailable and has been discontinued. I guess we just started looking a little to late. Jesse is a straight up honest person who tells it like it is and goes out of his way to make the customer happy. I started to browse for an adjustable bed, I started a Google search for Glideaway Elevation comfort base and restrightmattress came up with the best price available for this type of base comparing it with other websites, btw it is a very easy website to navigate.  I was hesitant to order this base on the internet but i did it! I happened to be in the market for a couple mattresses, box springs and frames. I checked these mattresses out at a local store and they were on sale $300 off but they still were priced almost $200 over Rest Right Mattress so I ordered them from Rest Right. We bought two different mattresses, and they are both very comfortable. The frames we bought were a lot nicer than the ones we had before and the box springs were too. These mattresses are a lot higher quality than the ones we were replacing and even better than the one we bought for twice as much a few years back. Delivery was prompt and the price was good. I am very happy with the purchase.

I ordered the Elevation Queen Comfort Base and the Orion Queen 13.25″ Hybrid mattress on July 7th 2016, and it came directly to my front door on the 14th as promised. I had to get some help getting it in place and set up because it is a very heavy base and mattress, but once set up and made, It is a great bed! I’m very impressed with the quality of them! This is a very well made bed. The frame works beautifully and quietly. The vibration massage is wonderful. I have yet to still be awake when the timer turns it off! After almost 2 months of great sleep I wholeheartedly recommend this bed and am very pleased at the ease of purchase, quality of the bed, the professional yet personal support by the companies owner Jesse! Can’t recommend Rest Right Mattress enough. From their customer service to their pricing my experience with them was fantastic. My house burned down and I had to replace 3 bedrooms. I had a full plate and didn’t have a lot of time to drive around looking at 1 store after another and then having to pay much higher prices on top of that. Not only did I get 3 awesome mattresses but I got pillows and mattress protectors too!! Everything was seamless and was delivered to my front door. Couldn’t have been easier.
