Some round bed frames have headboards and some do not. Since round bed frames are custom-made, its features will always depend on preference.

A hospital bed frame is adjustable, but it may have more features than a typical adjustable bed frame. There are many different types of hospital beds. The most popular bed is the hi-low adjustable bed frame. This hospital bed frame lifts the whole bed vertically up and down to help the person get in and out of bed.
