First off, Jesse is the best customer service professional I have had the pleasure of working with. He helped be custom design a mattress size and layers, for my pressure point needs, that were not advertised on the website. This guy can make just about anything to fit your needs; and It’s worth every penny. I’d like to say that my wife and I have been able to rest better on this mattress that any Sleep Number bed we have owned: XLE, i10, and Climate 360 smart bed. We are grateful for Jesse, the quality mattress and sleep, and professional relationship built all along the way.
