There are two types of elevation features; the true elevation feature and the not actual elevation feature. The description of the two other features includes:

• Features of the True Elevation: The truly adjustable bed tilting feature angles the bed completely flat while the adjustable bed raises higher. This is the recommended feature for acid reflux. 600E, 500E, 400E has this option.
• Features of Not True Elevation: The non-true adjustable bed tilting feature angles the bed flat but raises the head, so the bed is not flat.
