Some adjustable beds are designed to work with some RV King mattresses. The available sizes are Split King with the two bases measuring 30 inches by 80 inches and single RV King measuring 76 inches by 80 inches. Also, there is a narrow Split King, which is 36 inches by 80 inches, or a single narrow RV King measuring 72 inches by 80 inches. There are no adjustable beds for RV King size, 72 inches by 75 inches.

How to Measure the Radius Corner of the RV King Mattress?
